One of the most important parts of wine education is learning how to talk the talk. As with all languages, you must learn the vocabulary. Wine is no different.
Often times, first-time wine country visitors are confused and have a long list of questions to ask. What is the proper wine tasting etiquette? Do I swirl the wine? When do I sniff it? Am I supposed to spit it out or pour it out after taking a sip?

Because of the economic slump, many companies had to downsize to stay afloat – and often times the event and meeting planning work forces took the hit.
