Williamson Wines Does it Right
Bill and Dawn Williamson of Williamson Wines understand the importance of pairing the right food and wine together to bring out the best in each. In my experience of working with Califorina wineries, they do a great job of helping people understand this concept of matching food and wine.
I enjoy every wine they make, but some of my personal favorites are the Rapture Pinot 2010, Clarissa Vin Rouge 2007, Tango Malbec 2007, and their Inspire Cabernet Sauvignon 2006.
